Established in 2014 and headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Aotianli New Materials Co., Ltd. (ATL) is a company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of high-performance PVB interlayer films. With an advanced production process, continuous technological innovation, and a complete supply chain layout, ATL has established an important position in both domestic and international PVB interlayer film markets.

With the acquisition of Jiangxi Tianhui New Materials Co., ATL has formed a complete industrial chain from PVB resin to intermediate films, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials. At the same time, through its foreign trade company Shanghai Zhihe Industrial Co., Ltd. (Zhihe), ATL's products are exported to European, North American, and Asian markets, enjoying a good reputation in the international market.

HISTORY

About ATL

2013

Shanghai Zhihe Industrial Co., Ltd. (Zhihe), a foreign trade company, was established to expand into the international market.
2014

Jiangsu Aotianli New Material Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the production of reliable PVB intermediate films. Our PVB intermediate film production line has been built in Wuxi, with an annual production capacity of 2000 tons.
2015

The company has obtained multiple international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, indicating that it has reached international standards in quality management, environmental management, and automotive industry quality systems.
2016

The second PVB intermediate film production line has been built in Wuxi, with an annual production capacity of 6000 tons.
2017

The Company successfully acquired Jiangxi Tianhui New Material Co., Ltd. and integrated upstream raw material production resources to form a complete industrial layout, further enhancing supply chain stability and product competitiveness.
2020

The third PVB intermediate film production line has been built in Wuxi, with an annual production capacity of 10000 tons.
2024

The company has expanded and refurbished its Wuxi base, which has an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons, and plans to further expand to 16,000 tons to meet the rapidly growing market demand.
